1. I need to cancel my reservation.

If you wish to cancel your booking you must contact the property directly using the contact details on your confirmation email, please remember to quote your booking reference in any correspondence with the property. In the event of a cancellation the booking fee and deposit are non-refundable. You must give at least 48 hours cancellation notice to the property to avoid a no-show charge. The no-show charge is the total of the first night's accommodation cost and will be charged to your credit card if you do not notify the property in time.

2. I have booked the wrong room type how do I change it?

You should contact the property directly to request an amendment to your reservation. Contact details are clearly noted on your confirmation e-mail, please quote your booking reference number in any correspondence with the property. Acceptance of any amendments is at the discretion of the property concerned. If an amendment of your reservation is not possible your deposit and booking fee are non-refundable.

3. I have a problem with an existing reservation, what do I do?

If you have a problem with an existing reservation then please state your booking reference no. and problem and send to info att reykjavikcenter.is

4. I need to contact the property before I book online.

Unfortunately we do not provide contact details before you book. Once you book we provide you with telephone, email and web address of your chosen property. All the information you need should be provided by the properties profile on the travelonomy.com. These pages are updated by the property.

5. Can you check availability for me?

We do not check availability for you. The property uploads its own availability and rates. Please enter the dates, number of nights, people and city you are looking for. You will then need a valid credit card to book. If you on the other hand have some special requests or need help with bigger bookings do not hesitate to contact our affiliate at info att HL.is

6. I am getting error messages when I try to book online, what should I do?

There may be some reasons why your credit card transaction will not go through. Please check the following and try your transaction again:


There may be insufficient funds to cover the transaction being booked. You may not have filled out all the information fields requested. Please check that this is not the reason and try to complete your transaction again.


If however you have a specific online error message please copy and paste it and send on to us info att reykjavikcenter.is

8. Is ReykjavikCenter.is a secure site?

All sensitive information exchanged between your computer and our site is encrypted using SSL. Our SSL Certificate is provided by Verisign. This ensures that your information is transmitted securely and is safe from third parties.

9. Can you resend my confirmation?

Once you click the “Confirm” button it should only take up to 1 minute to receive confirmation of your booking on screen. Do not click the confirm button more than once or you will be charged more than once. If your confirmation email is not in your inbox the next place to check is your junk mailbox as your confirmation may have gone in there.


Please note that due to the nature of the internet and individual e-mail servers that sometimes confirmation e-mails will not be received or you may have misspelt your email address. In this case please send your request quoting your reference no. to info att reykjavikcenter.is and we can resend your confirmation to you.
